CLS Weekend 7/8/9 April 2006
Location
Boerderij Achter de Molen, in SCHERPENISSE
For those arriving by train:
Scherpenisse is on the island, and the closest railway station is Bergen op
Zoom. It's easily accessible by IC train. We will shuttle people from the
station to the boerderij at 7, 8, and 9pm on Friday and at 9.30 am (one time
only!) on Saturday. Please tell us at which time-slot will you arrive.

Schedule
Preliminary Program
This year we decided to focus on themes rather than individual research. The
themes are:
- Modelling of gene regulatory networks of sponge/coral - Jaap, Joke, Yves,
Maksat, Jiangjun
- Modelling dynamics of heart cell mitochondria - Joke, Jordi, Maciej,
Hanna, Klaas, Frank
- Synthetic biology - Frank, Pernette (to be confirmed)
- Signal transduction - Frank
There are 2 _hands-on_ _sessions_ during which we plan to sit and solve
the problems.
- mitochondria - those who want to join this session are strongly
recommended to print notes and read at least the last part on modelling.
